Who Is Topper?

I want to begin by telling you a little bit about myself, my background, and my interests. I have two areas of focus in my life food and the medical field. For this, I am going to concentrate on food. I have a degree in Hotel Administration and Food Technology and a certificate of specialization in Food and Beverage Management. I have experience in owning a restaurant, worked for the cruise line industry as a chef, been a connoisseur of wines, and have worked in some of the most elegant and out of this world restaurants in the Houston area.

Recently, with time on our hands due to the current circumstances in this world, my wife and I decided to start a YouTube channel highlighting some of our most favorite recipes.
