I bought the Tramontina Induction Cooking System because I needed to shoot food videos from a different angle. I was able to accomplish this easily with this system. The product is visually appealing. It is a basic black with a smooth glass top. It heats the pans rapidly, and the controls are easy to operate. The controls give you a variety of heating options so that you can cook anything on it. A fabulous safety feature is that the cooking surface is safe to the touch, even at the highest temperature. You can purchase the system with one or two burners. I bought the one with two burners, which gives you more versatility when cooking. The price of the product is affordable. We paid $130.00. Compared to other induction cooking systems, this was a fantastic buy. The most wonderful feature is that it is easy to clean. All you need to do is take a damp cloth and wipe it clean.
CONS
Like all other products, there are also cons to consider. This double burner Tramontina has dimensions of 23.5" x 14" x 2.5". It is pretty long, and it isn't easy to find storage for it. There is a one-burner system that produces the same excellent results and is easy to store in any kitchen. Another con about this system is that the pans that come with it are fragile and easily dent or damage with the slightest collision. Those who want to use it to shoot YouTube cooking videos might find that the system makes a fan-like noise when in use. The noise is rather loud and interferes with the speaker in the video. It is evident in the cooking videos that we used it in.
