Our T-bone steak with mushroom sauce is a trendy dish in American cuisine. This dish is hearty. T bone is a prize cut of meat in a steak house. It cooked according to a person's taste, rare, medium, or well done. This meat can become dry due to the steak's bone if overcooked, so for a medium-well cook, the steak needs to be cooked for 3 minutes on each side at high heat. After 3 minutes, the steak is slowly cooked on a low flame for another 3 minutes on each side.
The twist to this recipe was in the Nihari sauce. I used a traditional mushroom sauce and added Nihari seasoning to accompany the steak. To this mixture, I added cream and onion paste. Bella mushrooms are brown and fleshy. These mushrooms are also meaty and smokey in flavor. The Bella mushrooms I incorporated added texture to the sauce. The rosemary gave the sauce an earthen nutty flavor And intensified the aroma of the steak. The incorporation of the Indian ingredients heightened the amalgamation of flavors in this dish. This dish is impressive!
