Before buying my ice cream maker, I thought about how much I would be using the product. Durability was important to me, so I wanted a product from a brand that I trusted. The bowl needs to be frozen overnight, but this eliminates the use of ice or rock salt. This product is hassle-free. Basically, you put the paddle onto the lid, put the top on the bowl, close it, press power, set the time, and it starts automatically. I love how easy it is to operate because it is a great way to get the kids involved in the kitchen. Another positive is that it comes with a stretch fit lid, so you do not have to remove the bowl's ice cream for freezer storage. Just slip on the stretch-fit cover, and your all set.
This model is small and compact. The dimensions are 9.5 inches in height with the lid and 8 inches wide. Without the top, the model is 5 inches tall. Its size is essential for storage purposes. It doesn't take up much space and can be stored anywhere in your kitchen. Due to the product's practicality, this product is in constant use in my kitchen. It has proven to be durable and deliver exceptional results.
CONS
Like all other products, there are also cons to consider. The product is not as visually appealing as other models on the market; at the same time, it is also not the worst looking. It generates only 1 quart of ice cream, which is one quart less than its competitor. The price of the product is also something to think over. In my opinion, it was a little overpriced, but I took a chance because it fell under the $100 I was willing to spend for an ice cream machine. Another negative is the wait time after you place your order. But, let me tell you that once I got my product and made a few ice cream batches, I threw all the negatives out the window.
