How To Make The Most Appetizing Kofta Kebabs

Kofta kebabs are a traditional dish in Indian cuisine. This tasty entree is served as both a main dish and appetizer. This recipe is super tasty and easy to make.


Meat

I used beef for this recipe, but you can make this recipe with the meat of your choice. You can use lamb, chicken, etc. For the preparation of this recipe, I ground my beef. I used a shoulder cut of beef. You do not have to grind your meat; using store-bought ground beef will work just as well for this recipe.


Spices

This recipe is full of flavor. Cilantro, chilis, ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder, garam masala, and coriander were ingredients I used to flavor the beef. These spices gave the kebabs their traditional Indian taste.


Grilling

You can easily cook these kebabs on the stovetop, in a convection oven, or on a grill. If you are grilling outside, we recommend that you use an egg in the recipe. The egg will act as a binding agent and keep the kebabs from falling off of the skewers.
