This recipe is delicious! I love ice cream. Who doesn’t? I have tried many recipes for ice cream but was never satisfied. Some recipes were too icy, and other recipes were too bland. Some recipes would not set well. I tried almost everything, and nothing worked. I was so close to giving up my quest for the perfect ice cream. This recipe is creamy, has the right amount of vanilla, and sets nicely. It makes an excellent base for any other flavor you want to create. For this recipe, I use the Pampered Chef Ice Cream Maker.

Ingredients: These ingredients are whole or full-fat ingredients. I did try the recipe with whole milk and found that it was not creamy. The ice cream tasted great, but the texture was icy. I tried the recipe with half and half, but the ice cream's texture was semi icy. I was still not satisfied. In this recipe, I used Coffee-Mate Natural Bliss Vanilla flavored coffee creamer. To this, I added a tablespoon of vanilla. The combination gave my recipe the right amount of vanilla flavor and the perfect texture. It exceeded my expectations. For this recipe, you will need:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup Coffee-Mate Natural Bliss vanilla coffee creamer
1 tbsp of vanilla
½ cup condensed milk
Instructions:
1. Freeze your ice cream maker overnight.
2. In a large bowl, incorporate all your ingredients.
3. Whisk until the condensed milk is incorporated well into the mixture.
4. Put the lid on the ice cream maker and press start.
5. Set your ice cream maker for 20-25 minutes. The paddle should be moving.
6. Slowly pour your mixture into the ice cream maker.
Topper Tips:
1. Use full-fat products; this will help you avoid the ice crystals in the ice cream.
2. Twenty minutes is a starting time. Products vary, so keep an eye on your ice cream. You want to stop the machine when the ice cream is at its creamiest. You may want to pause the machine 5 minutes before or five minutes after.
3. If you over churn the ice cream, it will freeze and become brittle in the freezer.
