I love to bake! I bake traditional recipes as well as all the new trends. This recipe is tasty and effortless to make. I could have used a traditional baking pan to bake the batter, but I used my Pampered Chef mini loaf pan. I thought that it was a great way to recreate this classic recipe without changing it.

Important Information:
Course: Dessert or Snack
Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes
Servings: 8 mini loaves or one loaf
Prepping:
· Gather all your ingredients.
· Pre-measure your ingredients.
· Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
· Grease and dust your baking pan with flour if you are not using baking cups.
· Mash your bananas well.
Ingredients: This recipe consists of traditional baking ingredients, but don't be afraid to substitute if you don't have one of the elements. For this recipe, you will need:
· 2 cups flour
· 2 mashed bananas or 1 cup
· 1/3 cup oil
· ¼ cup milk
· 2/3 cup sugar
· ½ tsp salt
· 1 tsp baking powder
· ½ tsp baking soda
· ½ cup walnuts
· 2 eggs
Instructions:
1. For this recipe, gather all your dry ingredients and sift them into your mixer bowl.
2. Then, begin to add all your wet ingredients.
3. With a spatula, gently fold the ingredients together. This will eliminate the splatter of flour.
4. Once the majority of the wet ingredients have been incorporated, turn the mixer to a low-medium speed for 2 minutes.
5. Pour your mixture into your baking dish. Use a spatula to even out the batter.
6. Finally, place your baking pan with the batter in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
7. Towards the end of the baking process, check the mini loaves with a cake tester to make sure they have baked all the way through.
Topper Tips:
1. When baking, it is essential to prep well. Follow all the prep instructions to make this a smooth and quick process.
2. Greasing your baking pan is essential. I find that using a brush with coconut oil or any spraying oil works just as well.
3. Use a large scoop if using a mini loaf pan to make sure you distribute the batter evenly and your mini loaves come out the same size.
4. Don't overbake the batter. This will only toughen your bread.
5. Use ripe bananas. The flavor of the bread will be better and a little sweeter without adding more sugar.
