How To Make A Delicious Chicken & Veggie Stir Fry

This recipe will become one of your ultimate go-to meals. This recipe is quick and easy to prepare. It is perfect for working parents who still want to prepare tasty and healthy meals at home. The ingredients are a mix of fabulous flavors and textures. This recipe may be accompanied by a bowl of white rice, keeping it simple, healthy, and low calorie.

Prepping:

· Prep your vegetables, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into medium pieces.

· Prepare your nuggets ahead of time. I bag them up in small portions and freeze them for later use.


Ingredients: This recipe is made up of traditional ingredients that are found in almost everyone’s kitchen. This recipe is truly delicious with all of its traditional ingredients, but if you don’t have one of the elements, don’t be afraid to substitute it. For this recipe, you will need:

1 lb of chicken nuggets

1 celery stick

4 medium mushrooms

½ green pepper

¼ red pepper

¼ onion

2 Thai chilis

¼ cup cilantro

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tbsp stir fry sauce

4 tbsp teriyaki sauce

¼ tsp pepper or to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp sesame oil



Instructions:

1. Pour the oil into a hot wok.

2. Using a high flame, saute the chicken nuggets and chilis for about a minute. Cover them to allow time to sear appropriately and for the chili to infuse flavor into the nuggets.

3. Add the garlic paste and peppers and stir.

4. Then, add the mushrooms and celery and stir. Let this mixture cook for approximately one minute.

5. After, add the teriyaki sauce, stir fry sauce, and sugar and stir.

6. After that, add the vegetables and let them cook receive a slight cook. This will take about a minute.

7. Finally, add the sesame oil for a sheen and nutty flavor.




Topper Tips:

1. Make sure your wok or pan is hot. You want to flash fry the ingredients quickly to vary the textures in the dish.

2. Cut your vegetables accordingly. The presentation of the dish or visual appeal is just as important as the taste.

3. Prepare your nuggets ahead of time. Freeze them and bag them in small portions for later use.

4. Don’t overcook your veggies. They should have a crunchy texture.

5. I did not add salt as the sauces have plenty.
